If wine is your preference, don’t miss the Great River Road Wine Trail! Their motto is ‘Great River… Great Wineries… Great Memories’. With eight Upper Mississippi River vineyards and over 100 wines to choose from you’ll have plenty of selection to sample. Choose your favorite vintage and bring a few bottles back to the campsite for a special evening, as well as some to take home as a memory of your trip.

In Summer of 2022 we’ll be partnering with a few of the local breweries to bring tastings and events to Deer Run Resort. If you’d like to get out and explore the area around our resort, a day trip to a local brewery is a great way to see the countryside and enjoy a brew at your destination.
